St. Joseph's is a member of The National
Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC) providing 'a
neutral meeting place' where children of separated families
can enjoy contact with one (or both) parents and sometimes
other family members, in a comfortable and safe environment
when there is no viable alternative available.
The service is
offered within an environment specifically designed to
enable such contact to happen as naturally as possible. St
Joseph's endeavours to 'provide a place of hospitality,
warmth and security'. A child protection policy is
operational.
First contacts are often
made by telephone.
We will receive details from
you and will probably advise you to approach your solicitor.
Your solicitor will then contact us on your behalf. We
send the solicitor a referral form to be completed and
returned to us.

We
encourage an initial visit to the Centre by both parents and
children. However, where parents do not wish to meet, we can
easily accommodate this request.
St. Joseph's is a child
focused conflict free Centre. Contact takes place in our safe
environment.
If you have not seen
your children for some time, why not consider making a call to
the Centre? Our experienced staff will be happy to explain the
contact process to you.
